"The Old Brood" by Vincent Veloso & Matt Meinsen was named a 2025 Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards Official selection.

After a Special forces veteran is murdered at the V.A., the victim’s widow calls on his war buddies to find out who is responsible and avenge his death, which ultimately reveals sinister old wounds and darker secrets.

"The Old Brood" was also a Quarterfinalist in the Big Apple Film Festival.
